If we do not hear back from a new patient who schedules online within 24 hours of booking to secure their appointment, the visit will be cancelled and need to be rescheduled to allow others the ability to book at that time. We request 48-hours notice for changes to existing appointments. If a visit is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24-hours notice, a non-refundable $95.00 fee will be assessed to the patient’s card on file. If a massage appointment is cancelled or rescheduled same day, the full cash price of the massage ($125.00 for 50-minutes and $185.00 for 80-minutes) will be assessed. If any appointment is considered a no-show (or cancelled/rescheduled with less than 30-minutes prior to the appointment time), the full cash price of that appointment will be charged to the patient.
Missed and rescheduled appointments greatly effect other patient’s ability to be seen by their provider and also greatly effect clinical outcomes during active care plans. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and compliance with our policy.
