OUR TEAM HAS BEEN FULLY VACCINATED

As of 10/15/22 masks are now OPTIONAL for patients and providers in medical settings. If you would prefer your provider wear a mask during your visit, please let us know ahead of time and we can accommodate this request.

At Lakeside our goal is to keep our patients as healthy and safe as possible so we will continue to sanitize surfaces after each patient and hand washing/ sanitization occurs regularly amongst our entire team.
